Architecture Students Honored

Architecture students Sarah Salem and the Freedom by Design Team were last night awarded the top honor in ‘Temple Heroes’, a Temple wide competition to honor students making a difference in the neighbouring community. Freedom by Design is a national American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) initiative to define, design and implement a project to make the life / lives of a person/s with a physical disability easier and more dignified. All the proceeds from a silent auction held last night will go towards Freedom by Design. This will enable the team to move forward with their first design-build project. Congratulations to all!
